What can you do to stop forclosure of my house?

Forbearance Agreement
A forbearance agreement is an agreement with your mortgage lender to accept certain terms and conditions for payment that allows you to keep your house. You may have tried to get your mortgage company to agree to repayment terms, but a forbearance proposal from an attorney carries more weight with the banks and therefore a greater probability of success.
