Since 2000 Baker & Associates has handled over 5,000 consumer bankruptcy cases in state and federal courts, and we have the knowledge and skill to help you, too. We do more than just file a bankruptcy case for our clients. We pursue claims in cases for wrongful actions of lenders, creditors and others, and have ongoing cases against mortgage companies, car lenders, banks, payday lenders, and other individuals and companies. Reese Baker has been practicing Bankruptcy Law since the mid-1980's, and has been involved in many highly-complex corporate business bankruptcy cases. He uses the significant experience gained in such cases to aggressively pursue cases on behalf of individuals and smaller companies.
